Intimidările continuă; Jurnalistul Constantin Cheianu, AMENINȚAT!

Amenințările la adresa liderilor de opinie nu contenesc! Jurnalistul Constantin Cheianu a fost amenințat prin intermediul unui sms, prin care este avertizat că „va fi oprit”, dacă nu va înceta să vorbească în emisiunile sale despre sistemul oligarhic și mafiot de la putere.

Or, jurnalistul susține că amenințarea are legătură directă cu activitatea sa și opiniile exprimate împotriva structurilor oligarhice din RM, care au preluat puterea politică şi judiciară în ţară şi şi-au subjugat atât partide politice, cât şi instituţii statale, care le protejează şi maschează toate ilegalităţile comise.

Constantin Cheianu a adresat o plângere către Procuratura Generală, Ministerul de Interne, președintele Republicii Moldova, precum și în atenția corpului diplomatic acreditat în Republica Moldova și a reprezentanţelor organizaţiilor internaţionale cu sediul la Chişinău.

„După cum reiese din sms, acesta constituie o ameninţare directă asupra vieţii şi sănătăţii mele şi a familiei mele, a inviolabilităţii domiciliului, scopul cărora este de a mă reduce la tăcere prin orice mijloace de intimidare. Aceste acţiuni ale individului anonim întrunesc semnele constitutive ale infracţiunii de ameninţare cu omor şi cu vătămarea gravă a integrităţii corporale şi a sănătăţii, prevăzută de art. 155 al Codului Penal. Din aceste considerente, în vederea asigurării dreptului meu la viaţă şi la integritate fizică şi psihică, a siguranţei mele şi a familiei mele, dar şi a garantării libertăţii de exercitare a activităţii de jurnalist, solicit ca în virtutea prerogativelor legale să interveniţi în scopul identificării persoanei sau persoanelor care m-au ameninţat cu aplicarea violenţei şi să întreprindeţi toate măsurile în vederea sancţionării penale a acestuia sau acestora, iar instituţiilor internaţionale să monitorizeze acest caz”, scrie Constantin Cheianu.

De menționat că și jurnalistul Vasile Năstase a fost amenințat, tot prin intermediul unui sms. Curios este că ambii jurnaliști au primit mesajele în aceeași zi, 15 aprilie, la câteva minute diferență – Constantin Cheianu la ora 10:26, iar Vasile Năstase la ora 10:32. Cu alte cuvinte, Constantin Cheianu a fost amenințat după ultima ediție a emisiunii Ora de Ras, iar Vasile Năstase Vasile imediat după plasarea ultimului articol.

PLÂNGERE

În calitatea mea de cetăţean al Republicii Moldova şi de jurnalist, cu o vastă şi recentă activitate în cadrul postului Jurnal TV, beneficiind de dreptul la liberă exprimare şi de liberate a opiniei, garantate atât de art. 32 al Constituţiei R. Moldova, cât şi de art. 10 al Convenţiei Europene pentru Apărarea Drepturilor Omului, fiind prezentatorul emisunei de satiră „Ora de ras” şi al emisiunii „Mai pe scurt”, îmi exprim tot mai des opiniile privind derapajele grave ale sistemului politic şi judiciar, ajuns sub controlul mafiei si al unor structuri criminale organizate, în speranţa curmării cancerului ce devastează ţara din interior şi în încercarea de a trezi conştiinţa colaboratorilor organelor de drept împotriva acestui fenomen.

La data de 15 iulie 2013, în jurul orei 10:26, am fost ameninţat sub forma unui mesaj scurt SMS la numărul meu de telefon mobil, cu următorul conţinut: „Opreste-te caci astfel va vom opri noi si pe tine si pe Jurnal ori nu aveti alte subiecte. Ii ultimul avertisment”.

Acest mesaj a fost expediat de la un număr necunoscut prin intermediul mesajului SMS şi, după cum reiese din textul acestora, constituie o ameninţare directă asupra vieţii şi sănătăţii mele şi a familiei mele, a inviolabilităţii domiciliului, scopul cărora este de a mă reduce la tăcere prin orice mijloace de intimidare.

Este cert că aceste ameninţări sunt în legătură directă de cauzalitate cu activitatea mea de jurnalist şi opiniile exprimate împotriva structurilor oligarhice din R. Moldova ce au preluat puterea politică şi judiciară în ţară şi şi-au subjugat atât partide politice, cât şi instituţii statale, care le protejează şi maschează toate ilegalităţile comise.

Aceste acţiuni ale individului anonim întrunesc semnele constitutive ale infracţiunii de ameninţare cu omor şi cu vătămarea gravă a integrităţii corporale şi a sănătăţii, prevăzută de art. 155 al Codului Penal.

Din aceste considerente, în vederea asigurării dreptului meu la viaţă şi la integritate fizică şi psihică, a siguranţei mele şi a familiei mele, dar şi a garantării libertăţii de exercitare a activităţii de jurnalist, solicit ca în virtutea prerogativelor legale să interveniţi în scopul identificării persoanei sau persoanelor care m-au ameninţat cu aplicarea violenţei şi să întreprindeţi toate măsurile în vederea sancţionării penale a acestuia sau acestora, iar instituţiilor internaţionale să monitorizeze acest caz.

The harassment continues; the journalist Constantin Cheianu THREATENED

The threats addressed to the opinion leaders are not stopping! The journalist Constantin Cheianu had been threatened by means of a SMS, by which he was warned that he “will be stopped”, if he will not stop to talk in his shows about the oligarchic system and the mafia in power.

The journalist considers that the threat is directly linked to his activity and his expressed opinions against the oligarchic system from Republic of Moldova, which took over the political and judicial power in the country and subdued not only political parties, but state institutions that protects them and conceals all illegalities they committed.

Constantin Cheianu submitted a claim to the General Prosecution, the Ministry of Interior, as well as to foreign diplomatic missions present in Republic of Moldova and the representatives of international organisations, headquartered in Chisinau.

“As it is shown in the SMS, the message constitutes a direct threat on my life and my family’s safety, my domicile inviolability, the goal of which is to make me shut up with using any means of intimidation. These actions of the anonymous guy constitute the elements of a crime – threats against life and bodily harm threats, which is provided by article 155 of the Criminal Code. For these reasons and for assuring my right to life and health, as well of the safety of my family, as well as guaranteeing the freedom of working as a journalist, I am asking that based on legal provisions for you intervention in identifying the person or people that threatened me with use of force and take all measures for the criminal punishment of this or these persons, and I ask international institutions to take this case under surveillance”, writes Constantin Cheianu.

It is important to note that journalist Vasile Nastase was threatened, a well by means of a SMS. It is curious that both journalists received the messages on the same day, 15th of April, in a period of a couple of minutes – Constantin Cheianu – at 10:26 a.m. and Vasile Nastase – at 10:32 a.m. In other words, Constantin Cheianu was threatened after the last issue of the show “Ora de Ras”, and Vasile Nastase immediately after he placed his last article online.

CLAIM

In my quality as citizen of Republic of Moldova and journalist that has a vast and recent activity at the TV channel “Jurnal TV”, and benefiting from the right to freedom of expression and freedom of opinion, guaranteed by article 32 of the Moldovan Constitution, as well as article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, and being the presenter of the satire show “Ora de ras” and TV show “Mai pe scurt”, I express quite often my opinion about the serious problems in the politic and judiciary system, which got under the mafia control and the control of organised criminal groups, and having the hope that this cancer that is devastating for the country from the inside will be stopped and I am trying to wake up the conscience of the workers of the legal authorities regarding this phenomenon.

On 15th of July, 2013, at around 10:26 a.m., I was threatened by means of a SMS sent to my mobile number, which had the following contents: “Stop otherwise we will stop you and “Jurnal” or you do not have other subjects. This is your last warning”.

This message was sent from an unknown number by a SMS and the message constitutes a direct threat on my life and my family’s safety, my domicile inviolability, the goal of which is to make me shut up with using any means of intimidation.

It is obvious that these threats are in a direct connection with my activity as a journalist and my expressed opinions against oligarchic structures in Moldova that took over the political and judicial power in the country and subdued not only political parties, but state institutions that protects them and conceals all illegalities they committed.

These actions of the anonymous guy constitute the elements of a crime de – threats against life and bodily harm threats, which is provided by article 155 of the Criminal Code.

For these reasons and for assuring my right to life and health, as well of the safety of my family, as well as guaranteeing the freedom of working as a journalist, I am asking that based on legal provisions for you intervention in identifying the person or people that threatened me with use of force and take all measures for the criminal punishment of this or these persons, and I ask international institutions to take this case under surveillance.
